Gala Menu Posted

We have posted this year's list of culinary delights.  We are sure that you will find a guilty pleasure or two.  To see the menu just go to www.hemophiliamb.ca/galaThe Gala Chefs have worked hard to put together an amazing alternate menu 
for those who have food allergies or restrictions to ensure all of our guests have a top level culinary experience.  During the cocktail hour there are two vegan hors d’oeuvres and the crostini served is gluten free.  If you are interested in seeing the vegan courses, contact our office and we will share them with you.

Bronze Sponsor Toad Hall Toys has donated wonderful prize packages over the years and 2016 is no exception! This “Family Package” has something for everyone! It has been hard to keep people in the office from opening the Playmobil Sports & Action NHL Rink! Other family oriented prizes we have to

David Grenon Band Playing 2016 Gala! 

We are very pleased to announce that the David Grenon Band will rock the dance floor with classic rock hits! Davis is huge on the Winnipeg music scene. An artist who sets himself apart by his versatility, David Grenon is very 
active on many different professional stages, from the pop-rock scene to the classical world, as a soloist and as part of different groups and productions. He has vast conducting experience, having been at the bar of many concert bands, choirs as well as all levels of vocal and musical ensembles, including vocal quartets and Barbershops.

Chef Kristel Pastorin Preparing Dessert Course
