PLEASE VOLUNTEER!
SPECIFIC HELP NEEDED FOR A NEW PROJECT – Lenore Barnett, who is heading up the creation of a new Event Location Directory, would like to hear from volunteers wishing to help. We have a one-page location information sheet to fill out for each location we visit. We are interested in having at least two locations in each outlying municipality so we can move around the County. There also are numerous sites in Hendersonville proper to explore. If you want to help, please call Lenore at 828-696-3132.
HAVE YOU FILLED OUT YOUR Volunteers in Action Interest Profile? PLEASE DO! Thanks to the many volunteers we already have working in many areas! Find the Volunteers in Action Interest Profile in a blue file in a box on the desk at HQ; put your completed form in the red folder where it will be shared with leaders whose areas you checked. Precinct work, election work, phoning, 2-hour office duty, are just a few of the important "job openings" we have currently! Do the "Profile" and call Nancy Glowacki at 828-606-5201.
