This email should contain all the information you will need on the morning Members' Session of the RadioDNS Tenth General Assembly, and further detail is available on the member-only webpage here.
The format will be a round-table meeting, and you are all invited to discuss and contribute equally.

The meeting will start at 09:00 UTC / 10:00 CET in the Gothard Room at the EBU, L'Ancienne-Route 17A,1218 Le Grand-Saconnex, Geneva.

Voting and Proxy Voting
This is the ballot paper for voting. You can complete this in advance (in which case the Chair will cast your vote as your proxy) or you can complete it at the meeting. You can use this form multiple times - you don't have to cast all your votes in one submission.

We will have our usual formal business to agree; approving the accounts, board decisions, minutes of last meeting. The detailed agenda and the documents are all linked to on this page here, and you can approve them by proxy vote in advance if you wish, or at the meeting, using the same ballot form as above.
Afternoon Session - Open Conference
The Afternoon Session (14:00 – 17:00 CET) is open for anyone to attend. This session will be video streamed (live, and then available on-demand).
