The Home Care Standards Bureau (HCSB) grants the A+ Rating only to those non-medical home care agencies that uphold the HCSB Regulatory Board's strict Code of Standards and Ethics. HCSB requires regular disclosure statements from every A+ agency and performs both planned and surprise audits to assure the agency is meeting the highest standards.
