Chigwell School staff pantomime raises £2,500
Chigwell School staff helped raise £2,500 when they staged the latest staff pantomime.
The tenth biannual staff pantomime was directed by Sixth Form Drama Scholars Will Weightman and Barney Walsh.
This year’s performance of Peter Pan featured a 16-strong cast of staff - including teachers and support staff - who provided songs, dance and slapstick comedy to two full houses.
The money will be split between Save the Children and the Timothy Pruss Memorial School in India, which is supported by Chigwell School.
Barney said: "The panto was an undeniable success, not only due to the laughs but also due to both nights being sold out."
