62 ft Lagoon Catamaran
NOVA,
the Perfect Charter Yacht!
for a Celebration!

My notes say that the 62' Lagoon catamaran, NOVA, is the ideal charter yacht! This would undoubtedly be because the crew are young, nice looking, and professional, and because the yacht's saloon glitters and sparkles.....I like to see a nicely set dining table with table cloth and cloth napkins. I like to see color coordinated throw cushions, sculptures, glittering objects, soft lighting, framed art, and NOVA has all of these!
The reason NOVA is the perfect charter yacht is because she has an enormous flybridge with teak decks (I love wood, teak decks) and seating all around a coffee table that can drop down and be fitted with cushions for sunbathing under a bimini awing. NOVA's galley is also not in the saloon, which makes meals more of a surprise, when you can't see the chef preparing it, and it also makes NOVA's saloon more elegant and spacious for guests. NOVA has a master cabin with sitting room, large enough to hold a massage table, and Dina, the stewardess, is a trained masseuse and massages are free and included in the charter fee.
NOVA also has two VIP cabins that are identical with Queen size beds that face windows in the hull, so guests can see the beautiful water and cruising ground from bed. All the cabins are air conditioned and have television, CD players, DVD players, ensuite bathroom, and lots of natural light. The fourth guest stateroom is an upper and lower twin. Crew cabins are self contained. NOVA has three crew.
NOVA's cockpit is enormous with dining offered inside or out. There's a wet bar outside and the crew love to grill outside on the ship's BBQ, making a night of it.... The crew launch flying cubes! Kostas, the captain, has worked on yachts for 25 years and not only keeps his team with him, but has worked with Dina the stewardess and Stellius the male chef for a long time, so NOVA is a happy and efficient ship. Stellius cooks a lot of fish, and does low fat meals, salads - whatever guests ask for. They've been to all 3500 Greek Islands and know them all well. Kostas is from the island of Hydra, off the Peloponesus Coast, famous for it's donkey traffic. The island is closed to cars.... He worked on his grandfather's caique (local fishing boat), before moving to Athens..... They are pleasant to be around with a wealth of knowledge about "place," and they make you smile. The yacht has lots of sports equipment and carries all the amenities, including a "flying cube."

A Flying Cube
You’ve probably seen them floating high up in the sky before, and at first, you might have thought you had your first spooky UFO sighting. Well, at least that’s what happened to me. But regardless of how many times you see them, they’re always a beautiful sight.
