Whether it is the private sector seeking to maximize profits and shareholder value, or public sector organisations looking for best value and service efficiency, financial information is an essential piece of the decision-making jigsaw in any business.
 
Managers and leaders are required to understand how financial information can help them assess the current and future health of their organisations. 

This one day workshop provides delegates with insights on how to interpret financial data and develop appropriate budgeting methods. This 1-day workshop, will provide  delegates with the skills to :
  • interpret and analyse financial data, including company accounts and reports
  • track how changes in operational activity feed through to those financial accounts
  • be able to develop and apply appropriate budgeting methods
  • compare and evaluate the financial costs and benefits or capital investment proposal

This half day workshop is aimed specifically at those who are representing their organisations, meeting and presenting to potential buyers.
 
A 3 hour interactive training session designed to stress the importance of personal preparation and presentation as well as equipping participants with skills and advice in the areas of:
  • Preparation and Research
  • Personal presentation - physical and spoken
  • Crisp presentation techniques to convey the company and its offerings
  • Handling questions
  • Balancing speaking and listening
  • Picking up clues as to the target audience’s needs and preferences

The emphasis throughout the session will be on practical tips and hints that participants can put into practice immediately inside their companies and at business networking events.  There will be ample opportunities to develop and practice different types of sales pitch as well as practicing that most valuable of business skills –listening.
