CONNECT TO PROTECT

As the second half of February emerges, there is a unique spirit amongst the security community. One of the best-known and best-attended security conference and expo worldwide is right around the corner, RSA 2016, taking place February 29 - March 4 in San Francisco. The theme of this year’s event is “Connect to Protect”, focusing on how knowledge sharing and collaboration can help to develop new concepts to better protect the digital world.

“Connect to Protect” is well-known to CyberTECH, the nation’s leading cyber and IoT community. Since October 2013, CyberTECH has partnered with national and local, public and private organizations to produce over 20 national Securing the Internet of Things events and over 80 local security and IoT events bringing together leading industry stakeholders, including hardware manufacturers, software developers, cloud providers, security professionals, entrepreneurs, consumer advocates and key decision makers to explore the current IoT ecosystem and address the impact of the IoT on societies around the world.

Now in its fourth year, the CyberTECH SIOT events feature global thought leaders, industry experts and luminaries exploring the IoT phenomenon from the private, government and academic perspectives.

During the RSA 2016 Conference, CyberTECH will produce the SIOT Masters event on Monday, February 29 at The Box San Francisco. Topics including securing emerging technologies such as 3D printers, robots and drones, and IoT and cloud security, privacy, and innovation provide forward thinking and actionable intelligence in an evolving, competitive marketplace.

We would like to formally extend an invitation to join us at the CyberTECH SIOT Masters event on Monday, February 29, 2016.
