Preparing for the First ACH Sweep
On February 23, you will receive an email with your troop’s total due for the first ACH sweep, which will take place on March 1. On March 1, the council will withdraw 40% of the troop balance for all cookies picked up on or before February 19.
Please complete one Troop-to-Girl Transfer by Sunday, February 21. Snap+ will not calculate proceeds correctly if you do not. (Service Unit Product Chairs do not need to make transfers for Juliettes.)
If you do not receive the ACH email by 8:00 a.m. on February 25, contact info@gsiowa.org with the subject line “Missing ACH email†for quicker processing.
If you need to make adjustments to your troop's ACH total, please fill out an ACH Adjustment Form by 5p.m. February 25. Any forms received after this will not be processed in time to change the sweep.

- February 1 - March 13: Cookie Order-Taking
- February 12 - March 20: Direct Sales and Booth Sales
- February 21: Planned Orders due for Cookie Jars, Volunteer Cupboards, & Rolling Cupboards by 11:59 p.m. Must complete at least one Troop-to-Girl Transfer in Snap.
- February 22, 23, 24: Express Ordering available at Super Cupboards. Feb 24 is last day for Express Ordering.
- February 23, 24, 25: Super Cupboards open for order pickup.
- February 23: Receive ACH Confirmation Email.
- February 24 - 27: Cookie Jars, Volunteer Cupboards & Rolling Cupboards open for pick up (see Snap+ for exact days/times).
- February 25: ACH Adjustment Forms due by 5pm (if needed).
- February 26 - 28: National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend!
