Hi EAP/SFBA fam!
As we mentioned in our update last week, we will be posting a Transition Planning blog series each Wednesday. Last week, we were graced with the story of Youth Art Exchange's beginnings as Out of Site from former director and co-founder, Beth Rubenstein's post. This week, we get to hear from Olive Grove's Amy Whittaker and Mona Jones-Romansic in their joint post, Tailoring the Transition Process: When to Engage Staff and Board.

To recap, each post in this series is in response to EAP Core Member, Michelle Lynch Reynolds' original post, Transition Planning for All. We reached out to several organizations in our community to reflect and respond to their own experiences and offer advice during these shaky, tricky-exciting times. Have you or your organization gone through planning and restructuring like this? Give us a shout or comment on the EAP blog!
Happy Hump Day,
Lauren Benetua, EAP SF/BA Jolly Good Fellow
