iPhone Emergency Medical ID
As part of the new Health App on the iPhone iOS 9.x, you can create a Medical ID. Leave it to Apple to revolutionize the health industry! The iHealth app gives you an easy-to-read dashboard of your health and fitness data. Using the app, you can monitor your Heart rate, calories burned, blood sugar, cholesterol as well as track your steps and your sleep. The Health app puts all this information in one place. And it is on your iPhone so it is always with you should you ever need emergency medical attention. You can also create an emergency card that shows your blood type or allergies as well as who to call in an emergency -- and make it accessible from the lock screen. Click HERE to learn how to set up your Medical ID.
