Outreach To Members With Marketplace Application Issues

The Health Insurance Marketplace (Marketplace) recently provided us with a list of BlueChoice HealthPlan members that have issues with their Marketplace applications. Some for the information they provided to the Marketplace does not match their records.
BlueChoice HealthPlan will send letters to those members reminding them that the Marketplace needs specific information. If they do not provide the information, they will lose their coverage.
Members will be instructed to call their local agent or the Marketplace if they have questions. Your individual sales representative will send you a list of your impacted members.
