DID YOU KNOW?

The debt on the clubhouse is on the fast track to be paid off in less than six years. The loan was refinanced in 2015 to pay out in 7 years. The monthly P&I went from $1900 to $3000, plus the Board authorized an additional $3,000 reduction in principal in December 2015. This leaves a balance of $181,500.

Recent Covenant Violations

Last month the following violations were addressed:

3 - improper parking (either parking on the curb or sidewalk or parking at night).
2 - failure to keep debris properly contained or disposed of in a timely manner.
2 - Rental Property violations (exceeded the 2 year policy per covenants)
1 - Debris thrown in street following a home party
3 - Installation of equipment (satellite dishes) without ARC approval

Volunteer!

If you want to get involved in your neighborhood, here is your chance! We are currently in need of volunteers to serve on the Welcome Committee,
ARC Committee, Social & Clubhouse Committee, Yard of the Month Committee, and when the time comes, the Pool Committee!
These activities don't require a lot of time or experience, just a willingness to participate.

Many of you know Wood Brown, our former District 2 Supervisor, passed away February 5 after a lengthy illness. Wood had a long history of service to the people of Hinds and Rankin Counties, and he was very good to Hidden Hills. He will be missed.
