You may have noticed that we've implemented a wide range of upgrades this past week on the Meridix Platform.  As a valued customer, we wanted to provide you with full details on what has occurred as well as an update on our progress.

Due to the rapid growth of our service, in late 2015 we began planning a massive overhaul of our systems - entirely new everything, including server platform, database platform, scalability, reliability, security, networking, and more.  After many months of work, we switched over to our new infrastructure last Monday (2/22/2016) at 12:00 AM ET.

At that point, customers may have begun seeing issues with a number of features due to incompatibilities with our old system.  Core services, such as live streaming, creating new events, listening/watching, and ticket/pass purchasing were unaffected, but many complementary services such as attaching images and logos, attaching broadcasters, and other features became either slow or entirely non-functional.  We want to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our customers this week.

Our team is working around the clock to have all features restored as soon as possible.  We appreciate all of the feedback and info many of you have provided to us, and everything submitted has been logged for tracking by our staff.

Current status (1 PM ET - 2/27/2016) by feature:

* Live Streaming - Unaffected.  All live streaming should be working without issues before and after the upgrades.

* On-Demand Streaming - Unaffected.  All on-demand streaming (archives) should be working without issues before and after the upgrades.

* Event Pages (watching/listening) - Mostly restored.  Minor issues, such as alignment or broadcaster name display, may remain on certain player screens but do not affect watching or listening.

* Purchasing Tickets/Passes (paid content) - Fully restored.  No reported issues remain with purchasing of tickets or passes.

* Purchasing Archives (instant download) - Fully restored.  No reported issues remain with purchasing of tickets or passes.

* Images, Photos, Logos - Ongoing.  We are still aware of issues with uploading and displaying team logos, as well as uploading and viewing photos, and are working to resolve.

* Broadcaster Profiles - Ongoing.  We are aware of issues with display of broadcaster profiles and attaching broadcaster profiles to events, and are working to resolve.

* LiveID Manager Statistics - Ongoing.  We are aware of issues with display of reports and statistical information.  All statistics ARE being collected for every event, simply the reporting of this information in your account is not yet resolved.  If you have any immediate need for statistical information on a particular event, please get in touch with us by phone or email and we can manually pull the data for you.

* LiveID Manager Billing - Ongoing.  We are aware of issues with display of invoices or billing info, as well as upgrading.  We hope to have this resolved shortly.

* Site Speed/Responsiveness - Ongoing.  We are re-optimizing our platform on our new infrastructure, and customers will notice significant performance improvements across all services shortly.

We know that the next several weeks are some of the busiest of the year for many of you, with postseason events, playoffs, tournaments, and more taking place.  That is exactly why we went ahead with these upgrades - to ensure that your (and your fans) broadcast experience is completely smooth and error free.  We promise that these temporary interruptions will produce tremendous benefits moving forward.
