Learn how to heal your back and gain strength and balance with a focused sequence of yoga asana. Must be 6 weeks free of surgery or injury to participate, however all are welcome. Forrest Yoga is set upon very deliberate forms and actions based upon breath, space and strength that help you heal instead of reinjure. This is a small class and limited to 10 people. Email to reserve you place. $25 commitment payable by check or cash. All participants will receive a 10 sequence program to take home. Please bring a yoga mat, block or large towel to roll up. ***We will meet at 9:45am to enter and fill out paperwork for the club.
