Three tips for great negotiations
At Bellrock, negotiation is always on our minds, but even more so this month as we expand our team (we’re hiring!) and have several sales training classes on the go. The best negotiators come to the table with an articulated position of what they aren’t willing to do, a deep appreciation of what motivates the other party, and several possible roadmaps to get to their desired outcome. The worst wing it, of course. Think about your last negotiation. Did you follow these three principles of great negotiation?
