Please note that parents will NOT be able to enter registration renewals in MyGS from March 1-14. That means, if a returning Girl Scout in your troop is participating in the Cookie Program, you’ll need to get her registered before March 1 so that she can be entered in SNAP.

EXPRESS ORDERING ENDS!
All Planned Orders are now due on Sunday night regardless of the cupboard location. Be sure to have your order submitted by 11:59 p.m. on February 28 to be picked up on Thursday or Friday of next week.
Super Cupboards will be open for order pick-up on Thursdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. through March 18. Be sure to check the Cupboard Listing for the days/hours of the other cupboards near you.

Snap Technical Issues
We apologize for any difficulties volunteers may be having in placing orders due to technical issues within Snap+. ABC is continuing to implement fixes for error messages and lock out time. The Sunday night high traffic period is still a concern and ABC has informed us that they can’t guarantee that they won’t need to moderate users during the peak 6p.m. - 10p.m. time period on Sunday. Here are some suggestions from ABC to minimize frustration when placing orders:
- Place Planned Orders for the upcoming week as early as possible and prior to 6p.m. on Sunday.
- Plan to do any non-essential Snap+ work (transfers, reports) prior to 6p.m. Sunday.
- If you receive an error message after placing an order, your order was probably still submitted. Double check “Manage Orders†first to see if it went through. If it’s not appearing in Manage Orders, contact the Snap+ Help Desk at 1-800-853-3730 or abctech@interbake.com with your order.
- If you receive a message regarding “high traffic volume…check back later†and cannot get into the system, ABC has advised us that closing your browser and waiting 10 minutes before trying to log in again will give you a much better chance of getting access to the system. In some cases, clearing browser cache may be necessary.

Limited Gluten Free Trios Available
The council was able to secure a limited quantity of gluten free Trios for troops to request through Planned Orders starting this evening. These Trios are available for order through the Planned Order process in Snap.
For fastest availability, please order from a Super Cupboard location. Once inventory runs out, we will remove Trios from the ordering screen in Snap to avoid confusion.

ACH Emails and the First ACH Sweep
ACH Emails, including the total funds to be withdrawn from troop bank accounts, were sent on February 23. Juliette emails with amount due were sent on February 24. If you did not receive your ACH email, contact info@gsiowa.org with the subject line “Missing ACH email†for quicker processing.
Remember: The first ACH sweep will take place on March 1. This is also the date on which Juliette deposits are due for at least 40% of inventory received by February 19.

Cranberry Citrus Crisps Update
We are currently running extremely low on our Cranberry Citrus Crisps (CCC) supply at every cupboard/jar location.
We are strongly encouraging transfers among troops to ensure that everyone who needs CCC can get them. Together we can help each other out!
