OCA releases press release re: Officer Liang

"Since the conviction of Officer Peter Liang, many of our members and individuals on the National Board have voiced their concerns and opinions on this case and its implications for both our community and the larger society. We have heard your voices and appreciate your contribution to the challenging discussions our society must have surrounding criminal justice reform. Without a doubt, our community must continue to have an active voice in these discussions so that everybody knows that our voices can never be silenced. It has not been easy to put together our thoughts on this issue, but in the end we must speak out."
