PREVENTION OF POSTHARVEST LOSS: SUPPLY AND DEMAND:
AFFECTING PRICES IN AGRICULTURAL MARKETS
On Wednesday, we released PHL: Agricultural Value Chain. Today we are releasing its sister animation, PHL: Supply and Demand. These two animations were created in collaboration with RONGEAD. We would like to thank our collaborators, Julien Gonnet and Pierre Ricau, our global experts for this animation. This animation describes how supply and demand of crops affect their prices in the market. We also talk about real time factors that are modifying the value chain from the farmer to the consumer.
