WE'RE CELEBRATING EASTER!
Hot Cross Buns... hazelnut praline eggs... fresh local prawns....An abundance of Easter goodies are arriving daily at the Market and throughout March we’ll be sharing some of our favourite recipes, tips and produce ideas. Keep an eye out for WildLoaf's NEW dark chocolate and fruit spelt hot cross buns, Dough's speciality sourdough hot cross buns and Bakers Delight mocha hot cross buns (perfect with a slather of butter from Say Cheese!).

MAGGIE BEER COOKBOOK LAUNCH
On Tuesday 1 March 2016, Chef Simon Bryant and SA food legend Maggie Beer visited the Market to launch Maggie's new cook book ‘Maggie Beer’s Autumn Harvest Recipes’. Maggie and Simon shared their love of the Market, local food, tips for Autumn produce and took part in special book signing. Thank you to everyone who attended this special event.

EASTER TRADING HOURS 
Stock up for Easter with extended trading hours! The Market will be open from 7am until 5.30pm Tuesday 22 March 2016 and Wednesday 23 March 2016 and 6am – 7pm on Thursday 24 March 2016 (Good Friday Eve).

WORLD'S GREATEST SHAVE

The Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave is back and will be at the Market on Friday 11 March 2016 between 4pm and 8pm in the Gouger Dining area. Sign up to shave or colour your hair, then ask friends to sponsor you – it’s an extraordinary way to help the 34 Australians diagnosed every day with leukaemia, lymphoma or myeloma. Money raised will provide free emotional and practical support to families, provide free nights of accommodation at The Leukaemia Foundation's Village at Northfield and continue life-saving blood cancer research.
