Free Shuttle Service to GRS Laboratory from AsiaWorld-Expo (1-5 March 2016)

Dear Valued Client,

We are glad to inform you that we can offer a daily FREE shuttle service from the Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show at AsiaWorld-Expo (1-5 March 2016) to our GRS laboratory in Central, Hong Kong to facilitate the submission of stones.

How to submit goods

Submit the stones directly at the FERRARI booth (before 5pm) in Hall 2 #D30 or call FERRARI +852 9047 7339 (Benjamin) to arrange a pickup from your booth.

Fill in our order form with FERRARI and list each individual stones total USD value and carat-weight.

Indicate your preferred service option:

Regular Service - Starting at USD 310/stone with max. 2 days turnaround time of goods & verbal result from the time of delivery to our laboratory.

Express Service - Starting at USD 460/stone with max. 24hrs turnaround time of goods & verbal result from the time of delivery to our laboratory.

Super Express Service - Approx. 3hrs turnaround time. Available on request.

Indicate your preferred location for report collection:

GRS Hong Kong or GRS Bangkok

Shipped to your address - Indicate your FedEx account details and shipping address (if no FedEx account, we will add the shipping to the invoice).

Customers at the HKCEC show (Wan Chai) can enjoy a preferred rate of USD 70 per transportation sector. Please contact FERRARI +852 9319 8967 (Jane) to arrange a pickup from your booth and follow the above described procedure. Alternatively you can drop-off your goods at FERRARI location at HKCEC, meeting room G304.

Testing Fees:

Regular 'show-period' testing fees and turnaround times apply

Limitations:

Every shipment includes transportation insurance coverage up to max. USD 50,000
1 free shipment per client/day
Indicated shipping insurance values exceeding USD 50,000 will be invoiced at 0.05% through GRS
The client may choose to use his own in-house insurance coverage for shipping
Printed reports are usually available approx. 5 working days after return of the goods
We reserve the right to return goods without issuing a report (no fees apply)

Of course you can always submit goods directly at our laboratory in Central, Hong Kong. Our office hours during the show-period are 9:30am to 1pm and 2pm to 7:30pm.
