MCDD Commemorates 1996 Flood
This February marks the 20 year anniversary of the 1996 flood. To commemorate the event, Multnomah County Drainage District (MCDD) has created a “story map” that connects the history of flooding and flood-fighting to images and maps of the area. Check out the story map
