On Wednesday 2nd March, we will be holding our local NUT AGM, with guest speaker Kim Knappett, National Presidemt of ATL. Kim will speak to the topic: 'Our Vision for Education and how we can work together to achieve it'. There will also be a report on the work of the Union locally and nationally, and an address by our incoming local President. This meeting will also discuss making a nomination for the post of NUT General Secretary which will become vacant with Christine Blower's retirement from May 2016.

The meeting will take place at Milton Hill House Hotel from 5.30pm to 7.15pm and will be followed by a meal to mark the retirement of our Regional Officer Philip Clark.
