The new Life Alignment group for women began this month. A beautiful and respectful space for group healing. This month brought up themes of empowerment and being true to our authentic self. Groups run on the 2nd Wed of the month - next date is Apr 13th, 7.30 - 9.30, at Woodlands Natural Health Centre. Cost £10. All ladies welcome.

Life Alignment Health and Wellbeing Open Day

A fabulous day celebrating Life Alignment in the East Midlands. Practitioners from all over the country will be there giving talks, mini taster sessions and information.
Come along and explore this wonderful modality - find out how it can improve wellbeing, whether your home is geopathically stressed and more.
The day is FREE entry and there will be refreshments and a raffle.

Usui Teate Reiki Training

I spent this weekend at the Derby Mind Body and Spirit Event. It was wonderful to talk to so many people who are wanting to learn more about Reiki; whether they were completely new to Reiki or were already practitioners wanting to deepen their practice.
I feel this system of Reiki offers excellent foundations in the original purpose of Reiki. Usui intended his "method of spiritual perfection" to be available for all. A method of self-development to help realise one's true self, to come home to one's being, finding peace of mind and heart. The healing aspect is a wonderful 'by-product'. Many students have found learning and practising Reiki to be a life changing experience. It is always an honour and pleasure to share Reiki with students at whatever stage of their Reiki path.
Training Dates
Shoden (1 day + follow up) - Apr 21st, May 7th, Jun16th, Sept 4th, Oct 22nd
Okuden (1 day + follow up) - Oct 23rd
Reiki Intensive - June 26th - a day for all degrees of Reiki practitioners to take time for themselves to recharge and learn new techniques.

This is a basic introduction to dowsing. Designed for the complete novice, it is intended for those who wish to learn initial skills for personal use. The training will cover the basics of how to use a pendulum, the processes and etiquette of dowsing.

The Derby Metamorphic Technique share group is open to everyone. It welcomes anyone who has previously attended a metamorphic technique workshop or those who are simply curious about the technique and want to find out more. It is a wonderful opportunity and environment for giving and receiving a session.
