As February unfolds and the Full moon blooms, we are continuing this month’s lunar theme by glowing as brightly as we can… with unconditional Love.

After the new moon prompted an exploration of self-love and honor, the full moon encourages us to radiate this energy outward. How can our deep self-love come into its fullest and most glowing expression?

Yesterday's nearly full moon rises over Playa Hermosa,
a short walk from Envision Festival!
We've been here in Costa Rica all week getting things ready at the Kula Lounge,
where we'll be offering free cacao and one-on-one coaching for all!
So if you're heading down this year, we look forward to seeing you there!

Judgement of ourselves and of others, attachment to ideas or experiences, and longing for something other than What Is, all skew Love’s basic nature.  When we release these conditions we free an uncontainable life force.

Our understanding of love shifts; from that of earthly, physical and individual experience, into an open-hearted, unconfined experience of the world. We see that the light of love shines on everything and everyone around us. This connection, this experience of Oneness, is Love and it is the essence of life itself.

This Full Moon, we invite you, our global tribe, to explore the ways in which we each place conditions on our love. Let go of some of our existing patterns. Release judgement, discontent, expectation, or the need for anything or anyone else to complete us – and recognize that we are already whole, divine and glowing.

So like the Moon, let’s radiate our love, sharing self-acceptance, kindness and honor with all that are around.

Blessings of love & light,

Jessi Luna, CJ Ananda,
Saraswati Hayley Tennyson, Bonnie Norton,
Jiya Randall, Randi Schiffman,
Zachary Towne-Smith and Coby Hadas

Tonight's full moon reflected in the black sands of the Pacific.

The Awe-some Perspective
by
Jiya Julia Randall

From ground level, Costa Rica was a luscious playground of thick jungle, paradise beach, and the life and revelation of a yoga teacher training. From above, through this plane window, she shows herself as a veritable universe of mountain and sea, peacefully existing on scales of time and space that we humans can only dream about. The vastness of the view below me somehow humbles me, helps me feel held in something infinite.

It has me contemplating… What is Awe, and how is it connected to our sense of belonging in this world? Read the full post!

I am not the body...

I am currently living in community in Guatemala sharing transformational retreats and trainings at The Yoga Forest. After 7 years you get used to the scene here but for those of you who are unfamiliar with this town, you could literally pick it up and place it in the desert and call it Burning Man. I poke fun but this incredibly beautiful village on Lake Atitlan is named San Marcos. With that being said, there are many different walks of life here who are all either stepping on to a spiritual path exploring themselves or have been on one for a long time always continuing to deepen their understanding of Spirit. Read the full post!
