Don’t Miss a Deadline
Mark your calendar for the following upcoming Show deadlines:

• Friday, March 4: Exhibitor Staff and Artist Name Badge Registrations Due:
  For The Photography Show, each exhibitor will be allotted a maximum of six (6) badges for your staff and artists. All exhibit staff are required to wear a name badge at all times. You may purchase up to two (2) additional badges for $100.00 each. (Register)
• Friday, March 11: Last day to reserve your hotel accommodations at The Affinia Gardens (Book Accommodations)
• Monday, March 21: Electrical Order Forms Due to ADCO (View Forms)

Complimentary Show Tickets
Exhibitors are provided four (4) complimentary VIP cards and 40 complimentary one-day Show tickets. Your complimentary tickets will be mailed to your gallery at the beginning of March.

NEW IN 2016: Exhibitors will be mailed 40 discount code cards in lieu of one-day Show tickets. Discount code cards can be provided to your clients so that they may redeem their complimentary tickets online. Each discount code is unique and may be used only once. If you do not wish to provide your clients with discount codes, one-day Show tickets will be available upon request and do not require online redemption.

Collaboration with Artsy
AIPAD is excited to announce an inaugural collaboration with Artsy for this year’s Show. We will send a formal announcement about our partnership with Artsy in the coming weeks, but if you have any questions about the partnership or if you would like to find out more information about becoming an Artsy subscriber before the Show, please contact Katie Higgins at katie@artsy.net.

Onsite Housekeeping Reminders

• All bags and parcels are subject to being checked by security upon exiting the Show floor, even if they are being carried by individuals with exhibitor badges. This process is in place to ensure the safety and security of the valuable works of all of our exhibiting dealers.
• AIPAD will not be providing dealers with hardware to hang artwork at the Show. AIPAD encourages dealers to bring their own hardware to hang artwork in their booths.  Please remember to remove your hardware at the close of the Show so as not to puncture wall panels when they are stacked for storage.
• Exhibiting dealers are not permitted to display their own art works in their booth space, but may have catalogues available in their booth which include their own work.
