AHRQ Accepting Data for Patient Safety Culture Database
Starting on April 1, the Agency for Healthcare Research & Quality (AHRQ) offers a safety culture survey for nursing facilities to use in measuring organizational conditions that can lead to adverse events and patient harm. Now, participants may submit survey data from April 1 to April 21, 2016, which will be added to AHRQ's Nursing Home Survey on Patient Safety Culture (SOPS) Comparative Database. Participating facilities will receive a free, individual feedback report comparing its results with the overall database. Learn more here.
