NEW PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR JOCKEYS
Apprentices and Conditionals have been working on their professional and personal goals as part of their Licensing courses in recent weeks. With the help of Personal Development Managers, Lisa Delany and Phil Kinsella, the aim is for all young jockeys to maximise their performance as they develop their careers and ensure that they are benefitting from the wider support network on offer.

SCHOLARSHIPS ON OFFER FOR HORSERACING MBA
Applications are open for the Horseracing Industries MBA course which starts in September. The part time course over 24 months is ideal for anyone wanting to develop their skills as an effective manager and potential leader in the global horseracing industry. Three scholarships will be awarded either in full or part, based on an assessment over the summer. Any former jockeys interested in doing the course should contact Lisa Delany.

The Job Board is full of interesting positions that could be suitable for former jockeys at the moment, including employers who are 'Friends of JETS' so do get in touch if you're interested in applying for any of them. Roles include Racehorse Ownership Executive at BHA, Riding Instructor with the Korea Racing Authority and a High Value Giving Manager with Racing Welfare. They all close this week.
