New buildings at The Werks Group!
Home Werks, our brand new building at 73 Holland Road, Hove already has 2 confirmed clients. With several small and medium sized offices, suitable for 2-10 people, this is a lovely building with a brilliant little courtyard. Expected to fill quickly so get in touch as soon as possible.
On top of this, Print Werks is massively progressing. Based at 1 St James's Mews, the ground floor has now been finished and all units on this floor are rented. The first floor work is due to follow shortly. Print Werks is aimed at people that do light making such as jewellery and textiles. We will also have some news coming up soon on Fashion Werks, a combination of small offices with a showcase shop on the ground floor. Phase one will hopefully be completed in June and this is aimed at fashion & textile designers and milliners.

Lights upgraded at The Werks and plans for other buildings
One of our clients from West Werks, "Constant Fire and Electrical LTD" have just completed upgrading the lighting within The Werks to LED lighting working along side BHESCO. These new lights look much better and bring brightness to every room. They have also just received great news that BHESCO would like them to replace the existing lighting within Werks Central and Piers Werks. With an estimated total of 300 light fittings to replace, this will make a big saving to ongoing energy costs and a huge difference to the environment.
