We are delighted to share with you an exclusive preview of our new branding for 1LET and 1FORSALE and the thinking behind our new slogan #customersfirst.
Over the past few months we've been working with our designers, printers and web developers (all locally sourced) on a fresh new brand for 1LET and a re-brand of 1BuyToLet to 1FORSALE.
Below, we've outlined why we're re-branding and what it means for tenants and landlords. We've also included a preview of some of the designs that we'll be introducing over the next few weeks!

Why are we re-branding, and why have we chosen #customersfirst as our new slogan?
"With the number of properties under management, property sales and visitor numbers to our websites all increasing month on month, making sure that our customers receive consistently high levels of service is of course essential.
We are immensely proud of our reputation for very high levels of customer service and our new slogan #customersfirst outlines our commitment to customer benefits and customer care, keeps our compass pointing “True North” and acts as a constant reminder and challenge to stay on our toes.
Our focus on investment property sales over the last year has been an exciting and positive journey and we are therefore now in a very strong position to offer customers a whole of market sales service. The look and feel of 1FORSALE will be very similar to 1LET. Our property boards stand out from the crowd and our distinctive “1” will be the focus of our visible advertising across everything that we do. Our black, white and green colour scheme has become part of who we are and has not changed. Retaining our colour scheme also helps to link the old with the new.
Significant changes to the 1LET website also form part of our re-brand. Key changes are: easier search navigation and information layout. Useful, easy to use tools and forms on our website are extremely popular with tenants and landlords and enable staff to direct people to the resources that they require quickly and without fuss. Above all else, our website is designed to make life easier for tenants and landlords. Our investment and commitment to this extremely important aspect of customer service will continue.
