Greetings,

After a long Canadian Winter, we are excited to see the beginnings of Spring starting to make an appearance. The sun feels like it's shining a little brighter and warmer, tulips and crocuses are starting to peek out of the ground, and with that we feel a keen sense of new beginnings and expectations of great things to come.

We are hearing great reports daily from both our partners on the ground and from our local HOPE family. Stories of incredible redemption, bravery, hard work, and heartbreak that keep us pushing toward justice.

It's so encouraging to hear stories of how Children at Risk ARE becoming Children of Change all around the world. This is largely because of you, our faithful family of HOPE supporters, who passionately and relentlessly believe that justice is worth fighting for.

We know you have a choice of where you want to invest your time and finances, and our hearts are filled with gratitude that you have chosen HOPE as one of the organizations you believe in.

We sincerely hope you enjoy this edition of Glimpses of HOPE.

With gratitude,

Patricia Phillips (Director of Operations)

Hope's Impact

Did you know that our HOPE family represents 57 partners in over 26 countries impacting the lives of thousands of children at risk all over the world? We think that's pretty exciting and we are so thankful that you are on this journey with us.

Take a look at our 2014-2015 Impact Snapshot Report.

Port de Paix, Haiti

John and Christy Barnes started the House of Moses in 2012 located in Port de Paix, Haiti. They provide a safe, loving, nurturing environment for orphaned teens who have "aged out" of the system.
You won't believe what this former resident of House of Moses in Haiti is doing now! Read More Here

Shan State, Myanmar

We need to make room and welcome 16 more former child soldiers into our Children's Border Home in Myanmar, South Asia. We need to raise $20,000 in order to start construction and get the work done as quickly so we can move these vulnerable children at risk out of the army and into the safety of our home.
Find out how you can get involved here.

La Mesa, Colombia

We would like to introduce to you to Futuro Juvenilin Colombia. Futuro is making a difference in the lives of 31 Children at Risk in Colombia by providing them a loving, safe, and nurturing home. Find out more about Futuro Juvenil here and see if this is a project you would like to be involved with.
