Spring Is Time To Try Something New
That’s me, sitting on the edge of my rooftop garden on West 22nd Street. One of my favorite things about spring's awakening is the chance to plant something new and see how it changes the look and experience of the garden in the coming months.
When it comes to making changes in our lives, it's also easier to "plant" or build new habits than to try to undo old ones. Neuroscience provides the evidence, and experience proves the power of new approaches.
Below are five great articles (and a book recommendation), each highlighting a practice, habit or approach that can improve your work or life. I hope you'll give some of these ideas a try.
My coaching practice continues to thrive. I welcome referrals if you know of someone who is trying to seize a new opportunity or tackle an important challenge. Oh, and my coaching studio overlooks the garden above, so a little bit of Zen comes along with the coaching, no extra charge. :-)
Here’s to a great spring awakening, and to embracing the new!
