I wanted to help survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence. It is an issue that is not confronted near enough.
How I like to spend my time:
Going to the movies, running, knife-throwing, politics
What would you have liked to known as a volunteer/advocate when you first started?:
You are helping and making a difference just by being there.
