Easter Sunday is March 27th *No Open Gym - Happy Easter!*
There are 3 weeks left in the 2016 CrossFit Games Open!!!
Congratulations to all of you on your incredible Open performances so far! Friday classes have been so much fun to watch you all complete these workouts!
Please remember to mark your calendars for Saturday, March 26th...this is the final day that your Lifeworx Coaches and Competition Team will complete the Open workout!!! We will cheer our amazing athletes on, with the first heat beginning at 11:00am. Once everyone is done with 16.5, we will head out to the back dock, enjoy some food, snacks and beverages of your choice to celebrate the end of the Open!!! Families and friends are welcome!!
