Beste Bourdon- vrienden,
Nog een kleine maand te gaan en dan start ons jaarlijkse workshopweekend. Inmiddels doen al zo'n 100 cursisten mee dus het beloofd gezellig druk te worden... toch zijn er in alle workshops nog enkele plekjes vrij. Interesse? Tot en met 10 maart geldt een vroegboekkorting!
Graag nodigen we jullie uit! De workshops vinden plaats in de bossen van Sint-Michielsgestel (naast Den Bosch). Er zijn tien workshops voor nyckelharpa, zang, diatonisch accordeon, samenspel en natuurlijk draailier en doedelzak. En 's avonds zijn er interessante optredens van o.a. duo Patrick Bouffard & Gilles Chabenat, Chardon, Naragonia en meer...
Ken je mensen die altijd al doedelzak willen leren spelen? Tijdens het weekend zijn er ook beginnersworkshops (inclusief leeninstrument!)
Verder is er nog meer goed nieuws: de data van onze samenspeldag "Bourdon in het Bos" en van onze Workshopdag in oktober zijn bekend en komt Dominique Forges op 13 Augustus een draailierworkshop geven.

Op zondag 29 mei is er weer Bourdon in het Bos bij Putten. Dan zijn er geen workshops, cursussen of concerten maar deze gezellige dag is speciaal voor samenspelen, jammen en sessies. - Zaterdag 13 augustus - Draailierworkshop Dominique Forges op Parkfest!
Draailierspelers opgelet! Tijdens het gezellige folkfestival Parkfest komt Dominique Forges een interessante draailierworkshop geven. Afgelopen jaar was dit een groot succes. Dominique Forges is uitstekende docent die zijn stempel op de Franse draailiermuziek heeft gedrukt. Hij laat zich graag uitdagen: dus geef je wensen aan in het inschrijfformulier. Een dagticket voor dit festival met bands als Kadril, Wör en Aldo-Forgette is bij de workshop inbegrepen. >>>lees meer en schrijf je in
- Zaterdag 1 oktober - Workshopdag in Zeist
Deze dag zijn er acht verschillende workshops voor draailier, doedelzak of andere instrumenten. Er zijn workshop voor beginners (inclusief leeninstrument) en voor gevorderden. Inmiddels kunnen we de eerste twee docenten bevestigen: we zijn erg blij om Johannes Hellman & LarsEmil Öjeberget van Symbio te verwelkomen! Bekijk alvast hun video. Meer informatie volgt..

Okee, de 2016 editie is nog niet geweest... maar we hebben al een datum voor volgend jaar: 31 maart t/m 2 April 2017!

Dear Friends of the Bourdon Music
In just one month, it's time for our annual Workshopweekend. At the moment we will welcome 100 students from the Netherlands, Belgium, France, the UK and Germany. In all workshops there are still some places left. Are you interested to join us? There is an early bird discount until 10th of March.
We're happy to invite all of you for this excellent weekend in April. The workshops will be on a beautifull location in the Woods of Sint-Michielsgestel (near Den Bosch & 1h from Eindhoven Airport). We offer ten workshops: not only for bagpipe or hurdy-gurdy, but also for diatonic accordeon, nyckelharpa, singing and ensemble. In the evening there will be interesting concerts by Duo Patrick Bouffard & Gilles Chabenat, Chardon, Naragonia and more...
And we've got more good news! We planned already our annual Workshopday in October and a hurdy-gurdy workshop during the Parkfest festival in Eindhoven this August.

- Saturday 13th August - Hurdygurdy workshop with Dominique Forges at Parkfest!
Hurdygurdy players assemble! During the great folk festival Parkfest (in Eindhoven, NL) Dominique Forges will give an interesting hurdygurdy workshop. This was a great succes last year. Dominique Forges is a great teacher, who really influenced the French folk scene. He likes to be challenged, so he asked if students can add their workshop wishes to the registration form. This workshop includes a dayticket for this festival. Bands like Kadril, Wör and Aldo-Forgette are playing during the festival >>>read more and registration
- Saturday the 1th of October - Workshop Day in Zeist (NL)
During this day there will be eight different workshops for hurdy-gurdy, bagpipe and other instruments. There will be workshops for beginners (including a rental instrument) and for (more) advanced players.
