Heads up!
Look at these gorgeous little seeds pushing they way up to the sun! Doesn't it just do your heart good to see the spring arrive and with it new life? I've just installed a little greenhouse on my balcony to help encourage my seeds to grow. I've been learning a lot from Maureen and Liz the horticultural therapists at Blossoms at Larne Lough where i've been teaching monthly mindfulness days to people suffering from PTSD. It's amazing how therapeutic gardening can be - for everyone. At our next public mindfulness in the garden day we will be sowing (very!) highly scented sweet peas and delicious, organic leafy greens - please don't miss it!
If you really want to cultivate the seeds of love and mindfulness in your own heart then it's gonna take a commitment to the practice - check out my 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme starting 3 May 2016. Find out more by emailing me at mindfulmind@outlook.com or click here.

I'll be there this Saturday 12 March offering a free mindfulness class from 5.30-6pm and on Sunday 13 March offering a class from 2-2.30pm.
But there will be lots more at the festival with yoga, kirtan and t'ai chi amongst the offerings. Come along for taster classes, talks, treatments, crafts and more :) Tickets are just £10 for a whole day of wholistic things to try out and do. Purchase online at maitristudio.net and on the door. I look forward to seeing you there :)
Continuing with my nourishing and popular monthly Mindful Self Compassion workshops I'm back in Maitri for a two-hour workshop on 20 March and 10 April. These are normally book online only but I will accept cash bookings this weekend. See you there. x x x
