Eric Bettinger\'s paper, Educational, Labor Market, and Fiscal Impacts of Scholarships for Private Secondary School: Evidence from Colombia, co-authored with Michael Kremer, Maurice Kugler, Christian Posso and Juan Esteban Saavedra, won the Juan Luis Londoño Prize for the top paper at the LACEA 2015 Annual Meeting.
