Workplace Dynamics results available

In April 2015, the District asked all staff to participate in a Workplace Dynamics survey to garner employee feedback about our schools, leaders and the District as a whole. It took a bit to learn how to navigate this new survey system and the results of the largest and most comprehensive employee survey ever implemented are now ready to be shared. By clicking here you will find the three most positive statements and the three most negative statements about Kenosha Unified. These are areas that we as a District will both celebrate and work to improve in the coming months.

Principals are currently learning how to navigate the new system and will soon be sharing building-level results with their individual teams.
