Spring Cleaning
March is a time when we prepare for spring.  Many of us are clearing out things we no longer need like objects in our homes, shoes, and clothing. But as we're removing clutter and cleaning our homes, we should also think about cleaning our energy. There are many things we can do to clean our energy like smudge, take a salt bath, & visualization techniques. In addition to cleaning our energetic fields, we also need to clean the energy in our homes.  We can do this using physical methods or visualization methods. This spring take time to clean out the physical but also to clean out the energy!

Spring Energy Cleaning Seminar
I will host a spring energy cleaning seminar in my office in April. 
This class will demonstrate various ways to spring clean your own energy and the energy of your home or office space. We will cover:
– Physical methods
– Visualization methods
– Crystal grids – setting, balancing, and clearing
– Ways to raise energetic vibrations

Old Soul Workshop
I will be holding an old soul workshop for parents and children.  The workshop will be geared toward providing tools and exercises to help spiritual/psychic children integrate into society, while supporting the growth of their abilities and true natures. I will be reading and identifying each child's gift to this world-- compassion, healing, teaching etc. The class will include the following:
- Overview of psychic skills
- Various energy shielding methods
-  Energy clearing techniques
- Grounding methods
- Relaxation techniques including meditation and gentle Yoga.

Inspirational Thought of The Month

I clean out all things that no longer serve me. 

Exercise of The Month - Deciding What to Clean Out

Sit with a pen and paper and decide what type of patterns, you would like to clear this year.  After you have done this, write down any relationships or situations that no longer serve you.  Next, walk through your house with the same pen and paper and write down things in each room that you would like to clear and release.  Happy Spring Cleaning!!!
