Proud to announce our signature on the Tourism Manifesto, share some thoughts on Brexit and its possible impact on boating. European Boating Industry signs Tourism Manifesto

European Boating Industry is proud to announce it has joined forces with other private and public tourism stakeholders and signed the Tourism for Growth and Jobs Manifesto. This is the first time that stakeholders come together to address the EU policy priorities for the sector.

New rules for lifejackets

The Council adopted new regulation that replaces the personal protective equipment directive (89/686/EEC, covering among others lifejackets and buoyancy aids). The text should be published in EU Official Journal in spring.
