Increasing Speed & Squishing Bugs

Right, I'm going to get this bit of the newsletter out of the way: we have encountered some delays. I shall take this opportunity to thank you for your patience and to reassure you we are working on getting Imaculum released as soon as possible.

That's the unfortunate news done. On with the good news.

We have been testing Imaculum and gaining further feedback on user interface design, and any other feedback we can lay our hands on (including software bugs, and oh my goodness, we've squished a few).

We have made installation of Imaculum and linking of multiple machines running Imaculum a lot easier. Imaculum does a lot of complicated things behind the scenes; our challenge has been to make it quick and easy to install and use without you having to worry about the complexity.

We have massively increased the speed Imaculum can display all images in the library. Previously this could result in a delay of a second or more, now the results are shown near instantly.

We have also implemented some of the feedback we received whilst at The Societies Show. For example, orders can now print automatically (no need for the print to be authorised by the Till before printing) which is useful to save time or for events when prints are handed out for free.

In summary, Imaculum is becoming even easier and quicker to use for you and your customers.
