2016 State Priority Occupation List (SPOL) Survey. LAST DAYS.

Friday 11th March will be the last day to participate in our annual industry SPOL survey. The State Priority Occupation List (SPOL) is an annually-produced list of occupations that are considered critical to Western Australia and/or are experiencing unmet demand. FutureNow requests your feedback in order to provide accurate and current information to government on the occupations where there are current or projected skills shortages. SIT Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Training Package is Endorsed

At the most recent meeting of the Australian Industry and Skills Committee, the SIT Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Training Package was endorsed for implementation. For further information on implementation, please contact your relevant Regulator.

Ambitious New Research Project from Screen Australia
Screen Australia is introducing a new project to measure the economic, cultural and social ‘value’ of the Australian screen sector. The findings and a screen industry action plan will be launched at a Cultural Roundtable and Showcase event in Canberra on 21 June 2016. Read More.
