MODA UPDATE
Today is the first day that AMHA-NW will "officially" begin data collection for the MODA contract via CarePaths, ProtoCall, and ScreeningWare data. Since AMHA-NW does not have a contract with ScreeningWare, there is no BAA available for providers to sign. In a recent development, Dr. Conners has gifted the beta model of AMHA-NW to Mentor Research Institute. Given this recent development, any contract or BAA is not currently available. No data is being "pulled" from ScreeningWare for those of you who have been submitting data to ScreeningWare.
If you prefer to not use ScreeningWare via email or Smartphone until a BAA is signed, you may-
- Administer the screenings via paper and pencil and hand score. The documents are on the WOMHA.org website under "ScreeningWare". Or you may click here to access them.
- If you prefer to send the ScreeningWare documents via CarePaths, you may upload the documents to "Patient Documents" and request clients complete to the "Patient Portal" to complete.
We hope to have a quick resolution. Our agreement with MODA is to send every willing new MODA client a comprehensive screening at or prior to the intake assessment and then two additional brief progress and alliance screenings between the initial intake and eights weeks. In addition, brief progress and alliance screenings should take place for every willing existing MODA client once a month.
APPRECIATION
Thank you to Jean Vanlue for updating our CarePaths how to get started directions. Jean has graciously changed the information to reflect the redesign of CarePaths most recent upgrade.
