Congratulations to our March Volunteer of the Month, Marion Stewart. Marion has two grandsons at Little Cedars, one in 3rd grade and the other in 6th grade. She has volunteered in several classrooms throughout the years. Last year she spent several days in the Resource Room. This year she can be found four days a week in Mrs. Sebastian's 5th grade classroom. She helps out with copying, correcting papers, and can often be found hanging artwork in the hallways of our school. Marion is willing to help wherever needed. In her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with her family, especially her grandkids! Thank you Marion for all you do.

LCE PTA General Membership Meeting and Board Positions
General Membership Meeting Change:
Our March 22nd General membership meeting and PTA Board Elections have been rescheduled to April 20th at 7pm in the Library. As always, free childcare.

We are still seeking awesome talent to fill open PTA Board positions. There are several positions open but this week we are highlighting the President role.
President
The president’s responsibilities include: working with our principal to establish the school calendar and the PTA budget; setting the agendas and presiding at all general membership meetings, PTA working sessions, and executive committee meetings; helping create a caring community of parent volunteers and promote opportunities that build a cohesive school environment for all students and families.
