Topic 1: Maternal and Child Health Integration Project

Members of the working group will share the learnings of the last 18 months and show some of the tools that have been developed to assist mothers and children.
 
Topic 2: Tahuna Community Centre

Jacqui Irwin and Katie Hughes describe their roles as Community Activators for the Tahunanui Community Centre, plans for improving connectedness and services available in the Tahuna area.

Topic 3: Strengthening Families

Kerry Budge, Strengthening Families Coordinator will talk about the work Strengthening Families do.

Combined Districts Community & Whanau Meeting - 7 April, Motueka


Next month will be the Combined Districts Community Whanau Meeting on Thurs 7 April from 9am - 2pm. Motueka will host the meeting which encompasses the Motueka, Golden Bay and Nelson regions.

Nathan Wallis will give a talk on Cradle to Grave Brain Development, there will be a presentation by Safe Families Motueka, there will be some group work around key topic areas and lunch will be provided with time for networking with other agencies.

Time:
The start time is 9.30am with coffee and tea available from 9am. The meeting will run until 2pm.

Venue:
St. Thomas Hall, High Street, Motueka.
