44' Helia Fontaine Pajot Catamaran, 2013

This 2013-built, 44 foot Helia Fontaine Pajot catamaran, R-S-Cape, is a great yacht for one to two couples, or families of four. She has a master cabin that's the entire length of the starboard pontoon with windows in the hull, double berth, private sitting room, television, and enormous, ensuite bathroom. The second guest cabin is forward to starboard with Queen berth, and it opens to a V-Berth single cabin for families of four. This single cabin has windows in the hull, fans, and an exit hatch to deck, in addition to the walk-through to the second guest cabin. They share a bathroom. The crew sleep aft to port.
Scott and Renee Sawyer, the captain and his wife, excel in teaching fishing. Scott and Renee met over a discussion about fishing. Natural teachers, they carry light fishing tackle aboard, including rods and reels, perfect for fishing over the side of the boat at anchor. And while fishing within some areas of the Virgin Islands national park is banned to adults, for children under 13, fishing is allowed, and what fun to be able to set up an outdoor light at night and attract fish to bite your line.
R-S-Cape also carries two stand up paddle boards and snorkel gear, and she offers family rates. She has a fly-bridge on top of the cockpit with sunbathing cushions, and there are nets between the pontoons forward for additional sunbathing, not to mention the cockpit, a third place to sit out of doors, which offers indoor/outdoor living in conjunction with the elegantly appointed, modern main saloon. The yacht's interior appointments are pleasing.... The yacht is "brand new" - built in 2013. Scott and Renee are warm, "gung-ho" people from the Southeastern part of the United States in their fifties and have a love of cooking (Scott tried out for Master Chef and met Gordon Ramsay); they also love animals, snorkeling, fishing, and all things to do with the sea. This is a wonderful yacht and crew, available for charter year round from St. Thomas.
