KOMBUCHA COCKTAILS!
Pretty in Pink
Ingredients
½ tsp pink peppercorns
3 strawberries, plus one for garnish
1½ oz Gin
¼ tsp agave nectar
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
4 oz Ginger Lemon Kombucha
Strawberry, for garnish
Directions
In cocktail shaker, use a muddler to crush the peppercorns. Add strawberries and muddle. Add gin, agave, salt and ice. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top with kombucha. Garnish with a strawberry.
Pomegranate Kombucha Smash
Ingredients
4 oz ginger kombucha
2 oz bourbon whiskey
1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
4 mint sprigs
Directions
In the bottom of a highball glass, smash the pom seeds and mint leaves. Add ice and bourbon and top with the kombucha. Take a spoon and give everything a good turn in the glass. Drink it!
