Cochrane UK & Ireland Symposium

We will be going to the Cochrane UK & Ireland Symposium next week on 15 and 16 March at the Studio in Birmingham. This is an Annual Symposium for UK- & Ireland-based Cochrane Contributors, researchers, health professionals, students, charities, patient advocates, and other interested groups. See here for more details.

Kerry and Anna will be tweeting as @CochranePaPaS using the hashtag #CochraneBham

We’d be happy to meet up if you are attending too?

Survey

Would you like to take part in a survey on Integration of randomised (RS) and no-randomised studies (NRS) in systematic reviews?

This project is partially supported by the Cochrane Methods Innovation Fund.

It is an anonymous survey and will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes of your time to complete.

You can access the survey here.

Do you have an impact story?

We would love to hear from you if you have any examples of how your PaPaS Cochrane review has changed practice or personally affected an individual in a positive way. Examples could include a cost benefit or saving to the NHS (UK-specific), a change in policy or practice, human impact stories, informing key guidelines, or capturing the interest of global media.

Email
kerry.harding@ndcn.ox.ac.uk if you have a story you would like to share with us.

Task exchange

This is a new platform which Cochrane is developing that connects people who need help with their Cochrane reviews with people who have the time and expertise to help.
