March events:
- March 12th - DAG Alumni conversation with Olivia McCall (Freshman at Barnard College in New York City, she will talk with our DAYCO seniors about her first year). Olivia McCall is a first year student at Barnard College of Columbia University. Barnard College is a liberal arts school with a reputable dance department that is composed of very accomplished faculty. She has taken classes including Dance in New York City, World Dance History, and technique classes as well as english, art history, and psychology. She also participates in the Columbia Ballet Collaborative, a student run dance company that performs repertory including works by George Balanchine and other well known NYC-based choreographers. For DAYCO Seniors 12:45pm - 1:30pm.
- March 17th from 10am-11am - DAG's Shamrock & Twirl! Free way to get to know all things DAG! Invite a friend to join you child and celebrate St.Patty's day. Ages 2 and up!
- March 19th - 9:00am - 11:00am Broadway Connection Masterclass with Current Broadway Performer, Aisling Halpin @ DAG. The workshop will be structured and appropriate for Elementary and Middle School age performers; Participants of all ages are welcome however. Register here
- March 20th - 9:00am - 11:00am Broadway Connection Masterclass with Current Broadway Performer, Aisling Halpin @ DAG. The workshop will be structured and appropriate for High School aged performers. Registration to be set up ASAP.
- March 26th - NO DAYCO
- March 28th - April 2 Spring Break

Tomorrow, Wednesday, we will send each DAG family an email at lunch time containing an invitation to sign up to volunteer backstage via Sign Up Genius. The spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis so if being a Dressing Room Helper, DRH, is something you really want to do be on the look out for the sign up tomorrow.

During the month of March, we will share information about recital that will make the process clear for all of those participating.
HAVE YOU??? The first items that are getting marked off the recital to do list are:
- Ticket Sales are ready to purchase now! The box office hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm. They also have an online option via ticket master the is open 24 hours a day. As with all event venues there is a ticket box office fee per ticket that DanceArts Greenville has no ability to be exempt from. This is a $2.00 charge per ticket at the box office all payment methods will be charged this fee. The website has additional fees as well for using the on-line purchase option.
- Program Name confirmation and recital T-shirt size order . Check the spelling. Then complete the quick form letting us know that it is spelled correctly or helping us know how you would like it to appear in the program. AND enter the t-shirt size your child will need for their t-shirt. There is no fee for this shirt it is included in their $40.00 performance fee that is paid in the month of April. If you paid for the year or in semesters this fee has already been paid to DAG.

The prices for tickets are Adult $17.00 for a single show and Child $15.00 single show.
If you have dancers in both shows and will need to purchase tickets to both performances we are offering a combo ticket price. The 3pm and 7pm show combo ticket price is Adult $22.00 and Child $20.00.
When you are planning your day with grandparents, family and friends. The doors will open for the 3pm show at 2:30 and for the 7pm show at 6:30. If you have a combo ticket you may remain in the building and enjoy dinner in the concourse or leave the building and re-enter as each show will have an individual ticket to be scanned.
