Open Plan 8.0 is Now Available


The latest version of Deltek Open Plan improves planning efficiency through an improved user interface, added schedule insight, and streamlined product integration! Version 8 is FREE to all customers with a current maintenance agreement.
 

New Features and Enhancements


This robust new version of Open Plan aims to save schedulers and planners time and improve the practice of quality scheduling. Version 8.0 now allows you to:
  • Plan more efficiently by allowing you to apply a temporary lock on a project to perform process and save changes without obligating other users to exit shared mode.
  • Gain insight with the option to add explanatory text on why a certain row or activity has specific formatting. Now you can not only highlight potential schedule quality issues but provide guidance as to why the issue is being flagged.
  • Navigate through the tool more easily with the new tabbed views and ribbon menus.
